FOOTBALL: Calling all youth clubs

Youth football clubs are being invited to enter a family-friendly tournament this summer.

Castle Combe Colts FC stage their tournament at their playing fields near Yatton Keynell on June 30 and July 1.

Last year's event involved more than 1,000 youngsters from 130 teams. This year's will see teams competing in sections from under-sevens to under-16s.

There will be food and drink on sale and plenty of parking.

Entry costs £20 per team and closing date for entries is May 15.
