A BELOW-PAR Calne Town were easily swept aside on their trip to Keynsham.
The visitors were dealt an early blow as Nathan Phillimore tangled heavily with an opposition player and was forced off injured.
Just five minutes later, Keynsham opened their account when they broke away and Tom Harris slotted past the stranded Steve Allison.
More pressure from the Somerset side then saw Jamie Noble double the lead.
Keynsham continued to hold the upper hand in the second half, with Sam Deane’s goal with his first touch on debut proving no more than a consolation as the Lilywhites lost 2-1.
Calne are due to travel to Chard Town in the Les Phillips Cup lon Wednesday night.
