CHIPPENHAM Park sailed through to the second round of the Wiltshire Senior Cup without kicking a ball.
Dave Ferris’ men were due to host last season’s Wiltshire League champions Malmesbury Victoria at Hardenhuish Park but the Vics opted to withdraw from the competition, leaving Park to now look forward to a second round clash with Sydenhams Legue Bemerton Heath Harlequins on Saturday, November 7.
Elsewhere in the second round draw, Melksham Town have been pitted against Toolstation League Premier Division rivals Bradford Town, who were last season’s runners-up in the competition.
