DEFEAT grated for Devizes Town as they had two men sent off in their defeat to Cheddar last weekend.
The high-flying Cheesemen, who are currently third in the Toolstation League First Division, notched up a fourth successive victory as they ran out 2-1 winners at Nursteed Road.
Darran Walters’ men went into the break level at 1-1 after Jake Roberts’ goal but the midfielder picked up a straight red card and was joined in the dressing rooms by Rory Collins, who was picked up two bookings.
Insult was then added to injury as Cheddar broke Devizes’ resistance in the 88th minute with the winning goal.
Walters' men go looking to bounce back at home to county rivals Westbury United on Saturday.
