CHIPPENHAM Town’s home clash with Chesham United in the Evo-Stik League Southern Premier Division tonight has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.

Mark Collier’s Bluebirds, who are unbeaten in their last five league outings and have won their last three matches in that sequence, scoring four goals in every game, were looking to extend their good form against Buckinghamshire outfit Chesham at Hardenhuish Park but the elements have put paid to tonight’s meeting.

Chippenham, 4-0 winners at St Neots Town last weekend, are second in the Premier Division table whilst Chesham, who reached the second round proper of the FA Cup earlier this season, are 19th.

The Bluebirds now look forward to hosting Histon next weekend.
