CHIPPENHAM Town striker Omar Simpson has left Hardenhuish Park to link up with Evo-Stik League Southern Premier Division rivals Frome Town
Simpson, a former Yeovil Town youth player and accomplished international 200 and 400m runner, rejoins the club he signed for several seasons ago, although he made no appearances for the Robins.
He made ten appearances for Chippenham scoring two goals.
Frome also signed former Bristol Rovers and Port Vale ace Lewis Haldane late last week.
Haldane, a former Trowbridge youngster who lives in Chippenham, retired from the professional game last season through injury.
