BURBAGE and Easton Royal progressed through the first indoor regional round of the ECB Indoor National Club Championship on Sunday.
The Wiltshire champions took on their Gloucestershire counterparts - Cheltenham Civil Service CC - at Marlborough Leisure Centre, posting 150-1 from their 12 overs.
Skipper Dan Wootton made 27 and retired, Tom Wallbridge 28 retired, David Cope 27 retired, the unfortunate Daniel Swatton being run out on 24, and Adam Lavis making 22 not out.
Civil Service CC lost their first wicket with the score at 47 off five overs but their final score of 118-5 from 12 overs gave the Wiltshire side the victory by 32 runs.
Burbage will now take part in the regional finals on Sunday, February 28 against St Austell CC.
