Chippenham Town: Fitness freak Sam Allison has praised manager Adie Mings' rigorous training regime - even if it does make them ill.
Chippenham Town travel to relegated Cheshunt on Saturday knowing a win would seal fourth place and a spot in the Southern League Premier Division play-offs.
And, as they limp rather than canter towards the finish line, Mings has clamped down on poor performances by putting his side through their paces in training.

The side had a stringent running session on Tuesday after training at the Olympiad gym on Saturday, which saw a few of the Bluebirds players physically sick - but Allison is enjoying extra work.
"I can't tell you that, I'll get in trouble," said the 27-year-old, after being asked to name and shame the teammates who flaked out.
"We didn't expect to be doing so much running but it is keeping us on our toes and it will give us that edge in the play-offs.
"The work is telling us the season is not over and we still have to work had and do the right things."
Allison also lavished praise on the management team of Mings, assistant Tommy Callinan and coach Gary Kemp, who all join in with training.
"It is brilliant when you see the management doing what you are doing because they get more respect," he said.
"Sometimes you are playing for managers who are telling you what to do and they can't even do it themselves.
"They have been brilliant all season, that is why the lads train hard."
But, all the training in the world could come to nothing if the Bluebirds slip up at bottom of the table Cheshunt and Allison knows they have to be vigilant in their approach.
He said: "With them being bottom of the league some can think we can just turn up and win but their players are playing for contracts next season.
"Sometimes it can be a harder game because they have more to fight for.
"We cannot go their naïve and we have got to do the things which have got us in this position in the first place."
Allison will also be looking to add to his 12-goal haul at Theobalds Lane as he aims to finish the season as the club's top scorer.
He said: "I got to 12 goals three or four weeks ago and I want to get a few more.
"But I am sometimes on the wing and not always up front, because we have a lot of utility players in the side and a lot of people chipping in with goals."
