FORMER Chippenham Town club secretary George McCaffrey has been shortlisted for a top FA award Wiltshire referee McCaffrey, 57, was nominated for the Outstanding Contribution to refereeing within a referee development setting category by a national judging panel for the FA Carlsberg Referee Awards, a new scheme set up to highlight the work done by officials at grassroots level.
