Chippenham Town have continued their summer recruitment drive, with up to four new faces joining Nathan Rudge’s Bluebirds.

Former Yate and Tiverton Town striker Dean Griffiths, 27, and young forward Brandon Barnes, 19, have both followed Chippenham assistant boss Richard Fey to Hardenhuish Park from Toolstation League outfit Bitton.

Former Weston-super-Mare and Bristol Rovers academy centre-half Tom Seery, 19, has been training with the Bluebirds with a view to a move while young former FC Chippenham Youth defender Shane Blackmore, 19, has also registered with the club and is looking to impress in pre-season.

The Bluebirds’ first pre-season friendly is their annual Fred Rutty Cup trip to Calne Town on Saturday July 21 while next season's Southern League fixtures are scheduled to be released next Wednesday.
