11:23am Thursday 6th September 2012 in Sport
Trowbridge's Aaron Moores continued his dream Paralympic Games debut as he made it in to the final of the SB14 100m breaststroke this morning.
The 18-year-old, who won a silver medal in the S14 100m backstroke on Saturday, finished fourth in his heat in 1:11.10 and qualifies sixth-fastest for today's final at 6.24pm.
Russia's Artem Pavlenko set a new world record of 1:08.08 in the morning's first heat at the London Aquatics Centre before that was smashed by Japan's Yasuhiro Tanaka, who was almost four seconds ahead of Moores in 1:07.08.
