Melksham Town slipped to a narrow defeat at the hands of title-chasers Bitton last night.

Dave Clayton's side, who comfortably made it through to the second qualifying round of the FA Vase on Saturday with a 3-0 win over East Cowes Victoria Park, are in FA Cup first qualifying round action this weekend when they travel to Southern League outfit Sholing.
