It has looked likely for several weeks that the remarkable run of form was coming to an end and after The Oxford defeat and now today losing to Crewe, it just did!! We are not nearly as good as we think we are and will be lucky to hang onto an automatic promotion place at the moment. Forget about winning the League, that is going to Torquay as champions the way results are going and they will stuff us on Tuesday. And why do we have an even bigger squad than Man United??? Taxi for Di Canio please, hurry up or we will charge him waiting time!! What a load of absolute rubbish, that we cannot beat Crewe Alexander with our massive and very expensive squad!!!!!
If you are a Town fan your User name is an insult to a Swindon Legend.

The remarkable run of form is not finished after 1 defeat. Two defeats in 14, 3 in 30 (?) you are having a larf.

    Go and support Oxford...

You'll have plenty to moan about then.

SWINDON TOWN: We weren't good enough - Di Canio

PAOLO Di Canio admitted his Swindon side were off the pace for the vast majority of their League Two clash with Crewe.

A poor display from Town saw them suffer a 2-0 defeat at Gresty Road, with Nick Powell and Ashley Westwood scoring either side of the break for the hosts.

Although Swindon rallied in the closing stages of the game, boss Di Canio admitted it was too little, too late, and blamed himself for the loss.

He said: “The last 25 minutes I don’t even want to even consider. We had nothing to lose and we were trying to react.

“A team at the top should play like we did in the last 15 minutes, since the kick-off.

“Today the fault for sure is with Paolo Di Canio, because probably I lost in the last few weeks my humility.”
