Speedway: After a fifteen point defeat in Suffolk on Monday night Swindon will be aiming to get back to winning ways when they entertain Ipswich at Blunsdon on Thursday.
With Manuel Hauzinger suffering from a rib injury and Jurica Pavlic still waiting on the completion of work permit formalities Alun Rossiter's side will continue to use guest replacements at reserve.
The Isle of Wight duo of and James Holder and Krystof Stojanowski fill the number six and seven berths respectively.
The meeting against Ipswich will see Troy Batchelor make his Abbey Stadium return after overcoming the elbow injury that has sidelined him for a five week period.
The Robins will take to track with a changed riding order as James Wright moves to the number two spot, Travis McGowan to five and Troy Batchelor switches to four.
Ipswich are expected to track an unchanged line up from the one that was so impressive at Foxhall Heath on Monday. The Pete Simmons managed side will continue to operate the rider replacement facility for Chris Louis.
On their last visit to Wiltshire Ipswich performed exceptionally well and secured a deserved draw on a hectic night of Abbey stadium action. On that occasion Witches captain Steve Johnston top scored for the Suffolk side and young German reserve Tobias Kroner also notched up an impressive haul.
Alun Rossiter is hopeful his Swindon side can bounce back from the defeat at Ipswich: The performance at Foxhall Heath was disappointing but its important that we respond in a positive way.
Its not ideal to keep using guest riders at reserve, but, Krystof Stojanowski has performed well for us when called upon and James Holder has been going great guns in the premier league.
Ipswich did well at Blunsdon earlier in the season so we need to be careful not to let them gather any sort of momentum on Thursday' The Elite league encounter will be followed by an academy match as the Sprockets take on an Ipswich junior side. The Kevin Pitts managed Swindon quartet is expected to track Charlie Saunders, David Gough along with Ryan and Justin Sedgmen.
