SWINDON Robins will be without David Bellego on Monday at Wolverhampton after the Frenchman suffered a wrist injury racing in his homeland on Friday night.
Bellego was competing at Marmande’s latest grasstrack event when crashing and suffering a scaphoid injury, consequently ruling him out of Robins’ next SGB Premiership fixture at Monmore Green.
Swindon team manager Alun Rossiter confirmed to the Advertiser that the club will use the rider replacement facility for Monday night’s meeting in the midlands.
He also added that Bellego is set to undergo scans to discover if his scaphoid is broken following the crash.
