SOUTH Newton & Wishford recorded only their second victory of the campaign when they defeated Greyhound 5-2, who had won the previous Division Two encounter between the sides 4-3 earlier in the season.
Adam Stevens and Nathan Ball were on target for Greyhound who held their hosts to a 2-2 draw at the break. Lee Hale’s hat-trick, plus singles from Graham Brown and Jack Bridewell made up the winners' tally.
Trowbridge Wanderers Development extended their unbeaten league run to four matches courtesy of a 6-1victory over local rivals The Stiffs.
Matthew Gittins gave Wanderers a 1-0 interval lead, which could have been a lot more had it not been for Stiffs' keeper Chris Giles, who did well to keep his teams in the game until the floodgates opening in a second half where Kye Teague and Radek Jakiel scored two apiece and Andre Robeimo added a single to make up the half dozen.
Steve Lewin was on target for the Stiffs.
