The Wiltshire Gazette and Herald:

One to watch – Danny Rose

DANNY Rose has six goals for Mansfield Town already this season and is finally living up to his potential.

Rose struggled with injury and suspension early last season after joining the Stags from Bury on a free transfer and never really tied down a regular spot after that.

When Steve Evans took over as manager at the One Call Stadium 11 months ago, he said he needed to get Rose fully fit so he could last 90 minutes.

The 23-year-old is now looking much more like the finished article. His finishing is confident and he wins so much in the air for a small striker.

Although Rose drew a blank in Mansfield’s 2-0 loss at Colchester United last time out, he has four goals in his last five games and will be full of confidence.

Key battle - Keshi Anderson v Krystian Pearce

CLEAN sheets have been hard to come by for both teams this term. From 14 games, Swindon have four shut-outs to Mansfield’s three.

With their 4-2-3-1 formation, David Flitcroft’s side have the ability to cause problems from a variety of areas on the pitch and Keshi Anderson has become a growing presence in a number 10 role.

Mansfield will be wary of the threats the visitors can cause so experience centre-back Krystian Pearce will know to be on his toes.
