DEVIZES cruised into the Wiltshire Cup final with a crushing 10-0 defeat over West Wilts.
They will now face Salisbury at Devizes Leisure Centre on Saturday, April 14., for the chance to defend their trophy.
The men's first team were overwhelming favourites against Wilts and justified their tag by storming into a seven goal lead by half time.
Wilts failed to cope with the Devizes men who were playing some of their best hockey of the season.
To their credit the hosts battled until the end and looked dangerous on the break but lacked any cutting edge.
Charlie Doel and Charlie Seccombe both scored hat-tricks with two each from Sam Gaiger and Neil Powell.
Despite the first's dominance the result of the day was from Grant Humphries' second team, including 10-year-old Tom Alsop, who beat Chippenham 3-1 in the Wiltshire Trophy.
Goals from Ben McEwan, Dave Hagelthorn and Alex Holloway set up a stern test against West Wilts A on April 14.
The third team, lead by Pete McAnew, rounded off a great day for Devizes with a 5-3 victory over Salisbury in the Wiltshire Vase.
