SWINDON Wildcats will face Bracknell Bees in a two-game pre-season exhibition series in early September, it was confirmed this morning.
In a repeat of the 2014-15 pre-season, the clubs will battle it out, although the precise dates and times have yet to be confirmed.
The Bees won last year's series with a pair of 3-2 victories and Wildcats coach Stevie Lyle said: "It will be a great test for us and one we're very much looking forwards to.
"The Bees had a disappointing season last year but they've re-organised off the ice and are looking strong so they'll want to bounce back have a good season this time round.
"It will also be the first opportunity for me to see how our guys perform in a competitive game environment, so I'll give me a better idea of how things have shaped up so I'll get a better idea of any areas that need tweaking before the league season gets underway.
"I can't wait to get started on the coaching side of things and playing the Bees will mean we have a great couple of games to start off with."
Single game ticket prices for the games are yet to be announced. Home game tickets will be available via the club'swebsite and at the Swindon Wildcats box office.
