JASON Doyle will step in to ride for the Swindon Robins in tonight's Elite League clash with Wolverhampton Wolves at the Abbey Stadiim after Peter Kildemand's Blunsdon return was delayed.

Kildemand, drafted in by team boss Alun Rossiter to ride in the injury absence of Adrian Miedzinski, was due to make his long-awaited comeback at the Abbey this evening.

However, the changes to Swindon's line-up were not ratified by the BSPA in time, ruling the Dane out and allowing Australian Doyle to step in.

A Swindon statement said: "Swindon Speedway wish to inform supporters that due to an administrative error at the club, Peter Kildemand's return has had to be further delayed.

"The M&S Van Rental Robins will instead be tracking Grand Prix star Jason Doyle as a guest for the injured Adrian Miedzinski in tonight's Elite League clash with Wolverhampton.

"We apologise for the late change of plan, and thank Jason for stepping in, whilst Peter will be back in the team for the visit of Belle Vue next week.''
