SALISBURY & DISTRICT HOSPITAL CUP: Final countdown for Vale
PEWSEY Vale go looking to end their season with some silverware when they take on local rivals Amesbury Town in the final of the Salisbury & District Hospital Cup on Friday night.
Vale, who are currently being led by vice-chairman and caretaker manager Lewis Taylor, travel to Bemerton Heath Harlequins’ Westwood Recreation Ground to take on their county neighbours (kick-off 7.45pm), making their third Hospital Cup final appearance in five years.
Pewsey Vale beat Downton to win the competition in 2011 but were bested by Laverstock & Ford in 2013.
