WILTSHIRE continued their excellent early-season form as they beat Dorset by 80 runs in their final warm-up match at South Wilts on Monday.
Winning the toss they chose to bat and scored 269 all out in the 50th over.
Neil Clark scored 74 and Joe Breet 38. For Dorset, Mark Wolstenholme took 5 for 51.
In reply, Dorset were all out in the 42nd over for 189, Aaron Williams scoring 37 and Tom Hicks 34. Steve Warner took 3-42, Jake Roberts 2-29 and Tom Foley 2-50.
Wiltshire’s next match is their first group match in the Unicorns Knockout Trophy (formerly the MCCA Knockout Trophy) against Devon at North Devon Cricket Club, Instow on Sunday (11am).
