I rally do not understand the authorities on this one.
On one hand they want to 'fast track' young British Talent, but then they decide that the riders National/Premier League team have first call on his services in a fixture clash.........surely the object of the excercise means the Elite League team should have first call on his services?
If this was the case you would probably find yet more Nationakl League riders would get outings in the Premier League as replacements when there are fixture clashes.
Surely that would be more beneficial to more young National Leage riders than the rules that are in place at present.
