No disrespect to benji but what a terrible replacement. Having seen Dan greenwood poodle around the abbey last week I can only see the reserves scoring 2 points between thrm and us getting a stuffing. Why haven't we booked a rider who has some EL experience?

This must be one of the most stupid ideas to come out of the speedway authorities, and there have been many!! We are paying top money to watch no hopers toodle around the track for 4 laps knowing that the pair of reserve will at best only score 2 pts between them all night! Why aren't the prices reduced this year for what is an inferior product to previous years. When the reserves are on the track you have two separate races within a race but you can only follow one as the reserves are always far far behind. Wake up before it's too late and abandon this silly system which can only turn supporters away. Why should we pay to watch riders who by their own admission are thrown in at the deep end with the miss guided view of the administrators that they are suddenly going to find international class riders. As a supporter of an Elite league side I want 15 competitive races from the best riders available - not this mishmash that is currently being served up!!

What a farce this is yet again why the hell sign a rider that is unavailable it seems most of the time totally ridiculous and makes a mockery of the new system. 10-2 reverse in the reserve races puts a massive strain on the rest of the team and I totally hate this new format which is badly lop sided. Pointless paying £17 to watch young kids who can't even stay on the bike for four laps. Calling this the Elite league is nothing other than fraud and the league needs renaming junior development league. I like many others pay hard earned money to come and watch top riders and feel we are being short changed and the league is worse off this season with plenty of top riders missing. Yes I am all for bringing the kids through but surely the premier league is the place for this and not the Elite league at £17 entrance charge for a watered down product. If this is the way forward then they can keep it I certainly may well call time on a sport that I have loved for many years but know when I am getting conned and am very angry over this. I am afraid to say the only way to vote on this is to simply stay away and that is what I may do sadly. Sky sports has probably saved this sport , especially the Elite league from total meltdown and just watch the Blunsdon crowds drop in the coming weeks and months. Ahh well Poole have an 8 point gift in both matches Friday.

How come Poole can have Kyle Newman as their National League reserve when he doesn't even ride in that league??? Why is it always Poole who seem to get around the rules like no other side can?

Can the adver journos please go ask the club these vey good questions please? Also can they confirm that we tried to change the date of our home fixture to thursday but Poole refused as that's the rumour going around? This sport is crying out for sine honesty and not hiding behind all this cloak and dagger stuff.
