Sorry for the delay in online reaction this evening, newspaper deadlines needed to be hit.
Speaking after tonight's meeting, Robins boss Alun Rossiter insisted the loss felt like a win for his side. Click here to read the full story.
“We were missing Steve Worrall tonight and if he was here I think we possibly could have won the meeting. Even though we did eventually lose this wasn’t really a loss for us to be honest, I think it’s as good as a win.”

Heat 15: Kildemand, Batchelor, Watt, Bech; 60.1 – 1-5 (47-44)
Kildemand goes outside, Batchelor goes inside, and the Robins have a point. Superb.
Bech and Watt v Kildemand and Batch in heat 15. Robins have one and three.
All on heat 15 as the Robins bid to take a point from this one.
Heat 14: Bech, Gustafsson, Williamson, Ellis (ret); 60.0 – 3-3 (46-39)
Bech gates and wins but all the action is behind him as both Ellis and Williamson lose control to allow the other through, before Ellis packs up.
Williamson in for Ritchings in heat 14
Heat 13: Kildemand, Morris, Bridger, Karlsson; 60.1 – 1- (43-36)
Kildemand takes Bridger very, very wide in turns one and two for a 5-1.
Heat 12: Lawson, Ellis, Klindt, Ritchings; 59.9 – 5-1 (42 -31)
A reserve beats a top five rider for the first time as the Hammers take a 5-1.
Ritchings in for Williamson and Ellis for Morley in heat 12
Heat 11: Kildemand, Watt, Bridger, Gustafsson: 60.0 – 3-3 (37-30)
Kildemand gates and wins.
This is how our earlier poll finished.
Two minutes on for the start of heat 11. Five big heats coming up for the Robins as they bid to take a losing bonus from this meeting.
Time for the interval.
Heat 10: Batchelor, Morris, Karlsson, Lawson; 60.4 – 1-5 (34-27)
Batchelor puts in all on the line to round Karlsson but wobbles on the exit of turn four. His slip is enough to put Karlsson off sufficiently to allow Morris through for a 5-1.
All four back but Nick Morris warned to stay still. He was doing a Hans.
Red lights on at the start of heat 10
Really nice from Darryl in that one. He had Ellis beaten well before he fell.
Heat nine: Morley, Ritchings, Williamson, Ellis (fell); 60.2 – 3-3 (33-22)
Ritchings gates really well and goes about Morley before Ellis falls while in pursuit on the final lap to gift a 3-3.
Heat eight: Watt, Batchelor, Klindt, Bech; 59.4 – 3-3 (30-19)
Watt passes Batchelor to win in the fastest time of the night while Klindt does well to get the better of Bech.
Heat seven: Lawson, Gustafsson, Ellis, Ritchings; 60.0 – 4-2 (27-16)
Lawson gets the better of Gustafsson while Ritchings pushes Ellis but can’t pass
Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear.
Heat six: Bech, Morris, Kildemand, Watt; 9.8 – 3-4 (23-14)
Bech gates and wins with ease but Kildemand, going in black and white, is livid at the end of the race as Morris fails to let him through.
Peter Kildemand goes in black and white in heat six
Heat five: Bridger, Batchelor, Karlsson, Gustafsson; 59.9 – 20-10
Batch makes the gate but is passed by Bridger before having to hold off Karlsson.
Bit of a track grade before heat five.
Uphill task for the Robins already as they throw away a few points early one with slips away from the line.
Heat four: Bech, Klindt, Morley, Williamson; 60.0 - 16-8
Two races in one as Bech gates to beat Klindt and Morley eventually beats Williamson. The length of a straight between the two pairs.
Heat three: (re-run) Watt, Batchelor, Bridger, Morris; 59.9 – 12-6
After an unsatisfactory start Watt gates and wins, with Bridger capitalises on Morris’ slip to take a heat advantage.
Red lights on at the start of heat three and it's all four back.
Heat two: Ellis, Morley, Ritchings, Williamson; 60.2 – 8-4
The Hammers gate to win with Ritchings giving chase well.
What a great opening heat that was.
Heat one: Lawson, Kildemand, Klindt, Karlsson; 60.1 – 3-3.
Kildemand makes a fantastic gate from the outside but slips on lap two to let Lawson through, and although Lawson and although the Robins pair briefly hold a 5-1, Lawson gets in on the line.
Davey Watt wins the toss and takes gates one and three
The riders are now being introduced to the crowd.

While all of the Robins team are looking forward to tonight's meeting, it no doubt means more to Darryl Ritchings than the rest. The Purton teenager has been a Robins fan since he was able to walk and tonight makes his debut for his hometown club.
“It would be amazing if I could end up like Leigh Adams and be Mr Swindon Speedway but that’s a little way off for me at the moment. If I can just score a few points for Swindon I will be very happy," he said.

The tricky Lakeside track is not one enjoyed by an awful lot of riders, not least Peter Kildemand who told the Adver of his dislike in today's paper. Click here to read the full article.

Swindon are without reserve Steve Worrall this evening, as he's riding for Premier League club Edinburgh, and use Scunthorpe and Cradley rider Matt Williamson in his place.
