Probably needed to cut it to £10 to get a decent game like they did against Barnet.
.
There will be no issues over tickets again like last time - so no need for fans to flock to the CG to get priority for Wembley

There wasn't any but like with the POs - people panic and think I must go to this game to get priority for Wembley tickets - only for it to turn out for both that if anyone wanted one they could have one!
.
Will people panic this time or go "last time there was no issue getting a ticket, might as well stay in and watch it on the TV"!
.
I'm guessing the later so suggest £10 a ticket to get extra people at the gorund

I am a little disappointed with the timing of the game, as this will probably mean we'll rest most of the starting 11 for the preceding game against Colchester.

This may increase our chances of getting through to Wembley, as Peterborough may be less likely to adopt this tactic (with higher expectations of reaching the play offs).

Bad move increasing the price. Should leave it at £10. An effort should also be made to fill the bank for the game. Perfect opportunity for a concerted attempt at filling the ground, or at least getting all four stands with town fans in them.

I'm sure it will be a low turn out as its on sky. Sky's money in the bank should lead to a price drop. But I can't see it happening. Come on Mr Power do the right thing get the town end roaring.

Great result last night and we are 90 minutes from Wembley but still we get the pessimists posting on here.
When we get a good moment, let's enjoy it for C*****'s sake.

Well that might not be the case because of suspensions and players cup tied, things might sort themselves out naturally, if it means Ward against Colchester then Troy Monday i will be happy.

Still going to be a tough task getting through.

Personally i have no problem with the £15. it will not get us a much bigger attendance if it was £10 because of of being live on Sky.

If we do get there i can see us taking only around 15,000 as most of the "casual" Swindon supporter will have been there done that the last time we were there and probably more importantly the cost of what going to Wembley incurs the "casual" supporter" might not be so keen to go.
The cost makes me think twice but i will be there.

We can still put out a decent side for all the games for Colchester we will have the new guy Murphy, Pritchard, Troy, and maybe Reis in contention with Smith available. Kasim may not be available if the Vale game gets called off as the Posh game will then be the 2nd game.

I wouldn't change too much from last nights formation though maybe Pritchard in for Danny (is Murphy eligible?) or maybe move Gladwin infield and Pritchard out wide if Kasim not available. Don't know if Jay will be available for Posh might he get a 3 game ban for 2nd red in the season? Troy in at CB and Branco at LB possibly, or switch Nathan to LB and Branco RB.

That's the first time I've had one of my posts labelled pessimistic. I'm usually a definite happy clapper. On balance, I'd probably trade a Colchester loss for a Peterborough win. We have the added hope that Peterborough will take their preceding game with Walsall more seriously.
I certainly don't remember who we played just before we beat Barnet 2 years ago. Seeing your team get to wembley in any competition does not happen many times in your lifetime.

Well for me it is definitely a tv dinner on the 17th-Even if the tickets were free. Now before anyone takes issue to that I am out near Colchester and my pocket is not deep enough to warrant a 300 mile round trip for the event.I will however I will drive to the Brother in law in Chelmsford with a shed full of ale and shout at his tv(I do not subscribe to Sky). With any luck we will get a result and another trip to Wembley. The Colchester game is just as important and hope to be at that game but what team is going to turn up-the team did fantastic on Saturday to turn the game around and should be playing for selection against THE POSH.Should we get to Wembley then may I offer a sound piece of advice-do not use the Wembley Stadium car parks-last time took 3 hours to get onto the North Circular.Park and ride from Marylebone.COYR
