Michael Smith has reportedly joined Swindon Town
REPORTS this evening suggest Charlton Athletic striker Michael Smith has signed for Swindon Town.
The Advertiser was made aware of interest in the forward this morning but, when asked by this paper, Town denied an approach had been made for the 22-year-old.
It has now been suggested that Smith has completed a switch to Wiltshire for a reported £200,000.
Six-foot, four-inch Smith has recently spent time on loan at AFC Wimbledon, where he scored 10 goals in 25 appearances for the League Two outfit.
