SWINDON Town’s open training session on Wednesday has been postponed, and is set to be switched to the Easter holidays.
Due to the temperatures early next week dropping below freezing the club cannot guarantee the County Ground pitch will be playable. An early decision has been taken to re-schedule the event, which was due to take place on Wednesday February 13.
It is also hoped with a longer build-up more fans will be able to watch the session, which will be free to all.
The event will include the opportunity to watch the first team train at the County Ground as well as a chance to meet the Town players afterwards for autographs and pictures.
The club asks fans to look out for the revised date in the near future.
