SWINDON TOWN: Pack will feature for Cheltenham in midweek
4:10pm Monday 4th February 2013 in Sport
Marlon Pack
SWINDON Town target Marlon Pack will play for Cheltenham against Bristol Rovers tomorrow as his move to the County Ground hangs in the balance.
Pack agreed a loan to permanent switch to Wiltshire on deadline day, only to see it blocked by the Football League.
There remains a good chance that the midfielder will still complete his transfer to the Robins when the emergency loan window opens at the end of the week, provided the prospective sale of Town gets ratified by the authorities.
But in the meantime Cheltenham manager Mark Yates has revealed he will use Pack in his matchday squad for the League Two clash with Rovers.
"He's going to come for a chat and we'll take it from there," Yates told BBC Gloucestershire.
"I offered him the chance to have a couple more days off but he wants to be involved straight away.
"He's our player and although he wasn't involved at the weekend, he'll be involved tomorrow (Tuesday)."

or worse still that some gas head takes him out and we have another injured player on our hands

So on the bench then, I doubt he'd start for the reasons already given.
