SWINDON TOWN: Storey sustains hamstring knock

MILES Storey is set to spend a short period on the sidelines with a hamstring injury.

The forward picked up the slight strain during a training match on Saturday, and will undergo a scan this afternoon to determine the extent of the damage.

“On Saturday we had a practice match at the County Ground because I didn’t want them to switch off completely and during the match he felt a little pull in his hamstring," said Swindon Town manager Paolo Di Canio.

“He came out jogging so it wasn’t very bad damage but we have to see if it is seven days, 10 days but no more than this."

Sadly with his pace every time he returns from injury he will be prone to hamstring injuries....loads of time to get him back fit and playing regularly for Swindon.....and he will I'm sure!
