All set for reopening of Royal Wootton Bassett swimming pool

Lime Kiln Leisure Centre’s new summer holiday swimming timetable is now available.

The swimming pool will reopen on July 23, while a state-of-the-art campus is being developed in the community area. The new timetable will mean everyone, regardless of age or ability, will have the chance to swim seven days a week throughout the summer holidays. Thanks to Wiltshire Council’s decision earlier this year, young people under the age of 16 will be able to swim for free during the school holidays. It was decided at the Royal Wootton Bassett and Cricklade Area Board meeting in May to reopen the pool.

DC Leisure, which runs the leisure centre, has worked with the council to develop the timetable, found at www.dcleisure centres.co.uk/centres/lime-kiln-leisure-centre and at the leisure centre itself.
