Police are appealing for information after a 26-year-old man from Swindon was hit by a car which failed to stop in Purton.
The incident happened at about 6.15pm on Wedenesday, April 15, on the B4553.
The victim was out running when he was hit by the car, believed to be a Honda Jazz, suffering an injury to his right arm which required hospital treatment.
Police say the driver left the scene in the direction of Cricklade.
Anyone who witnessed the incident, or who may have any information which could help police identify the driver of the vehicle, should call PC Emma Wood on 101. Alternatively, call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be left anonymously if preferred.
