A man who is accused of burgling a home in Royal Wootton Bassett is to face trial by judge and jury.
Simon Hutchings is said to have taken house keys and a bank card in an alleged raid at Glenville Close on Monday, March 17.
Hutchings, 25, of Marlborough Court in the town, pleaded not guilty to one charge of burglary at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to Tuesday, February 24, and released him on bail until then.
