ROYAL Wootton Bassett law firm Moloney & Tucker Solicitors is offering a discounted will-writing service to raise money for charity next month.

The firm, based in Lime Kiln House, is inviting clients to make a donation to Will Aid instead of charging their usual fees for their will-wiritng service.

The money donated to Will Aid is then donated to nine different charities, including ActionAid, Age UK, British Red Cross, Christian Aid, the NSPCC, Save the Children, Sightsavers, SCIAF and Trocaire.

The suggested donation is £95 for a single will and £150 for a pair of mirror wills.

According to the latest research around 52 per cent of adults in the UK do not have a will, and 39 per cent of adults haven’t updated their wills for 10 years or more.

Research has also shown that those most likely to need a will are the less likely to have one.

Having a will can also solve added heartache following a death, and can ensure that loved ones get any monies they should receive.
