STAGECOACH is hosting a recruitment day in a bid to attract new drivers and engineers to its team.
The company want to find people keen to train as bus drivers as well as skilled fitters and engineers who want to work in the bus industry.
Staff from many departments will be at the recruitment drive to speak to members of the public.
Rachel Geliamassi, operations director at Stagecoach West, said: “Our colleagues are the backbone to our business and as we continue to grow, we’re looking for more fantastic people to take on a number of roles across the region.”
The bus company has recently taken delivery of 10 Stagecoach Gold buses for its 55 service between Swindon and Chippenham, a route which has seen passenger numbers double to 1.2 million in a decade.
Stagecoach West is holding the open day at its Gloucester depot on London Road from 10am-3pm on Saturday (March 24).
