Christopher Pitfield was found today after last being seen at Marlborough Boxing Club.
A POLICE helicopter was sent over to Marlborough in an attempt to find a missing man from Devizes last night.
An apppeal was launched by the police after the disappearance of Christipher Pitfield, 53, of Devizes. Mr Pitfield was last seen in his car yesterday (Saturday 24) at 5.45pm at the Marlborough Boxing Club in Elcot Lane.
Police confirmed that Mr Pitfield was found safe and well at 11.45am today (Sunday 25) in Marlborough.
A spokesperson from Wiltshire Police said: "Wiltshire Police would like to thank the media and public for their assistance. In addition, to thank the volunteers from Wiltshire Search and Rescue (WILSAR), who searched today in the local area to assist police."
