THE Royal United Hospital in Bath has announced that an access road to public car parks is being temporarily closed this weekend (July 23/24).
The work is part of the construction of a new 300-space car park which is expected to be open in September.
The main entrance drop-off point, bus stops, Blue Badge car park and the Princess Anne maternity wing car park will be open as normal.
But patients, visitors and staff will not be able to turn right at the main entrance roundabout and will have to use the Penn Hill Road entrance to reach all other car parks on the site.
Diversion and information signs will be in place.
The hospital have apologised for any inconvenience caused to visitors or patients.
