This month Tommy's midwives and ASDA will be joining forces to bring pregnancy health to the high street as part of Tommy's latest campaign - Let's Talk Baby.
New research by the baby charity Tommy's and Johnson's Baby has revealed almost half of women (45%) complained of receiving conflicting information about their pregnancy.
Let's Talk Baby is designed to help change this, by providing pregnant mums with answers.
Tommy's midwives will be visiting selected ASDA stores throughout the month and will be on hand at ASDA Orbital Shopping Park, Thamesdown Drive, Swindon on September 14 from 10.30am to 2.30pm.
They will also be available at ASDA West Swindon District Centre, Tewkesbury Way on September 20, for the same time period.
Tommy's midwife Sharon Simms said: "Research is revealing new findings all the time about the best ways for women to keep their babies healthy, so it is vital that mums-to-be get the most up to date information from both their midwife and other credible sources, such as www.tommys.org "Tommy's midwives are all very approachable, so we would encourage anyone with a pregnancy question to drop by an ASDA store, and come and ask us.
"All information given will be in the strictest confidence."
ASDA is aiming to raise £400,000 this year for Tommy's research into premature birth, miscarriage and stillbirth.
