THOUSANDS of screaming girls packed into the Oasis to watch Shayne Ward rock the leisure centre.
The X Factor winner stopped off in Swindon as part of his UK tour to promote his second album, Breathless.
The heartthrob, who has been dubbed the UK's Justin Timberlake, performed a number of hits from the last two years.
The shrieking from the crowd when the star came on stage was deafening.
Some fans even had to be carried out of the sports hall after fainting due to the heat.
Kayleigh Howell, 17, of Ferndale Road, was among the huge throng of adoring fans, who had gone to watch the X Factor winner of three years ago.
"I've liked him since I first saw him on X Factor," said the New College student.
"He's fit and my favourite song is That's My Goal.
"He was amazing tonight. I like his voice, his hair, his dance moves and his attitude."
Brittany Foster, from Blunsdon, said that she was looking forward to seeing the Mancunian again after being blown away by his performance.
She said: "It was amazing. I like him because he is handsome.
"My favourite song is Breathless and I like his current album more than his last one.
"I'm really glad he came to Swindon. I can't wait until he comes again."
Kerrie Scarf, 14, a pupil at St Joseph's Catholic College, was among a host of girls who had gone to the gig with their parents.
Kerrie, who enjoyed the concert with her mum, said: "He is fit and hot.
"We were dancing all night, not to mention screaming and singing."
