Cyclist injured in collision

A CYCLIST who was injured in a collision with a car in Swindon town centre has died.

Wiltshire Police have not released any details about the cyclist but said he died on January 6 in hospital.

The cyclist was taken to the Great Western Hospital, Swindon, following the collision on December 13 and was then transferred to the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.

The collision happened at the Regent Circus junction with Groundwell Road and Victoria Hill.
