Bankers, accountants, financial advisers and estate agents joined solicitors from Withy King’s Wealth Protection team for camaraderie and networking at an outdoor, multi-activity day involving quad bikes, shooting and archery.

Around 60 professional advisers from businesses in Wiltshire and Bath took part in the event held at family-run Teampursuits, based near Lacock.

It was hosted by Withy King’s Wealth Protection team made up of property, family, wills and trusts, tax and estate planning specialists, who work together to provide clients with a holistic and joined-up service.

The guests were divided into teams of six, each taking a turn to try their hand at different activities, including quad biking, archery and target shooting, followed by a barbecue.

Angus Williams, a partner in the residential property team at Withy King, said: “This event provided us with a great opportunity to get to know our professional contacts better in a fun and informal environment. The activities were a great leveller, providing just enough of a challenge to keep things interesting!

“Private clients and their families living in this area are well served by a large network of professional advisers working hard to make sure they get the most out of their relationships.

"One of the ways Withy King adds value is to provide clients with a service which addresses all their ancillary needs in a joined up way.

"So for example, if a client is moving house as a result of a divorce, they may need support with matrimonial issues and advice on their will, as well as the usual home conveyancing services. This event proved to be an excellent way of networking and we look forward to a repeat performance.”

Withy King’s Wealth Protection team is based at the firm’s offices in Swindon, Marlborough and Bath.
