Driver stopped with suspected stolen goods

Police are asking anyone who has had lead sheeting stolen to contact them after a driver was stopped with a large amount in North Swindon.
Officers found the haul in a red Vauxhall Nova during a check on the car in North Swindon at 2am on Saturday.
When questioned the driver was unable to explain how he had obtained the lead.
Anyone who has had had lead sheeting stolen should call police on 0845 408 7000.
