Mum and new-born child missing

Ms Manners has been missing for a week
Fears are growing for the welfare of a 36-year-old mother and her new-born child who have been missing for a week.
Detectives believe Heidi Manners, originally from Swindon, may be in the Bristol area or be making her way back to Wiltshire.
She is not thought to have visited hospital in Bristol or Swindon.
Ms Manners is described as white, 5' 7" tall, of slim build and has collar-length mousey straight hair.
