Two escaped pet polecats are on the prowl in Swindon.
Tiny Hunter and Lemmiwinks have been missing from their home in Ferndale for more than a week now.
The first escapee disappeared from its cage and the second managed to escape its lead as owner Tim Leonard-Williams, 22, was riding his bike in Cavendish Square.
Polecats look similar to ferrets. One of them is about the same size as a squirrel and the other is slightly larger. Both are blond with darker patches.
Tim's mother Lesley said: "We are keen to get them back because they can be quite devastating and cause a lot of damage.
"The female is quite friendly but the male is snappy and I wouldn't advise approaching them."
"Polecats are natural born killers and could kill between five and 10 birds a day."

John Warwick, the manager of Swindon and District Animal Haven, explained: "Polecats are natural born killers and could kill between five and 10 birds a day.
"They have a devastating effect on the environment. With the number of birds dwindling in the local area anyway this is the last thing we want.
"Polecats make beautiful pets but they revert very quickly back to feral instincts and will prey on animals as large as rabbits, particularly pets."
If you have seen Hunter or Lemmiwinks or have noticed anything suspicious contact Lesley on 01793 320206 or John from the Animal Haven on 07990 868887.
