Young poets in Swindon are being given the chance to have their verses immortalised in a new Anthology.
Greenbridge Retail and Leisure Park is hosting an Easter contest in celebration of World Poetry Day on March 21.
The initiative will be raising money for Swindon-based charity the Cancer and Leukaemia Movement (CALM) and is open to primary school children.
Kay Rigg, centre manager, said: "This is a really great easter initiative to raise money for a local cause.
"We hope that Swindon schoolchildren will enter their poems for the chance to see their words in print, something that they can treasure forever."
The finshed anthology will go on sale at all the Greenbridge retailers, will asll proceeds going to CALM.
Easter-themed entries should be submitted no later than March 9 to Nuala Ryan, Seal Communications, 8 Fleet Street, Birmingham or email them to nualaryan@sealcommunications.co.uk
