Investigation into blaze

Fire crews are investigating the cause of a blaze in a pair of sheds in Swindon this morning.

Firefighters from Swindon and Stratton were called to the large shed fire on Whitworth Road at 1.44am.

They found two adjacent out-buildings, each measuring 4m by 15m, well alight.

The fire was extinguished using two breathing apparatus, two jets and one hose reel.

Home safety checks have been carried out this morning and the cause of the fire is still being investigated.
