A 19-year-old woman suffered serious injuries when she was thrown from the car she was driving during a collision on Sunday night.
The crash happened shortly before 7.20pm between Axford and Mildenhall when her Ford Fiesta turned on its side.
She was treated at the scene for pelvic, neck, back and leg injuries by paramedics, an emergency care practitioner and a BASICS doctor and then taken to John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
Police were called to the scene near Grove Farm Cottages, Mildenhall, just before 7.30pm and a diversion was put in place.
Fire crews from Marlborough and Pewsey attended to make sure the car was safe.
The road was reopened at 12.15am on Monday after police carried out an investigation.
