Festive frolics will be starting early in Pewsey this year with the St Francis Christmas fair next month.

More than 40 retailers including Boho Betty, The Owl and The Pussycat, Caramel & Grey and White Mulberry will be packed into the school on November 13 for shoppers looking for the perfect Christmas gift.

Shoppers will also be able to enjoy a bite to eat with food provided by Hattie Mauleverer-Jones at Top Hat Catering.

Mrs Mauleverer-Jones said: “Last year we were much busier than we anticipated. We sold out of scotch eggs so we’ll be making far more this year.”

Proceeds from a raffle will be donated to Charlie’s Charity, which was set up in memory of former St Francis pupil Charlie Lamb who died in a car crash in 2009.

The fair is open from 11am-6pm with food served from 11.30am-3pm.
