THE search for the £30 million goods stolen from Harry Hyams's Ramsbury Manor on February 1 switched to Warwickshire at the weekend after some of the stolen items turned up near Stratford upon Avon.
The antiques were discovered on Saturday afternoon in a culvert on waste ground off Warwick Road, Black Hill, near Wyvale Garden Centre.
Police in Stratford are working closely with their colleagues in Wiltshire to recover the items and conduct further inquiries.
Detectives from Wiltshire are leading the investigation and no information has been released as to which items have been recovered.
Multi-millionaire Mr Hyams, 78, and his wife Kay were not at home when the raid took place and the thieves were disturbed by the chauffeur.
But in the minutes the raiders were in the house they seized valuable porcelain, clocks and paintings.
