MARLBOROUGH High Street was plunged into darkness on Sunday evening after the Christmas Lights failed due to Storm Angus.
The town centre descended into winter gloom as bad weather cause the Christmas Lights fuses to trip.
However on Monday morning, contractors headed to the High Street to fix the problem and within a few hours the lights were on again.
The lights, which were officially turned on last Friday at the town's Christmas lights switch-on at 7pm, will be on every day from 2pm until midnight and then 6-8am.
